The Delaware Seabreeze Beach House is located only 1 block from all the restaurants and shops in Dewey Beach and only 2 blocks to the beach. Less than 1 mile down the road from Rehoboth Beach and close to Bethany Beach, too. A very convenient location, but also tucked away from the noise and traffic. It is the last house at the end of the parking lot – furthest from the street. There is no vehicle or pedestrian traffic going past the house. It is truly an oasis of tranquility just steps from everywhere you want to be.
When taking the short 2 block walk to the beach, don’t worry about crossing Route 1. Dewey is a very pedestrian and bicyclist friendly town. Just push the walk button and within a minute the light will change and give you a safe walk signal to cross the road in a clearly marked crosswalk.
