The Delaware Seabreeze beach house is available for weekly rentals from May 1st thru October 31st. The house can be rented by the week (Friday to Friday) or sometimes (Sunday to Sunday) and also for weekdays only (Sunday to Friday). We can also offer longer stays or a customized time frame.

*Please note: Because most beach homes rent Saturday to Saturday, the Saturday traffic on Route 1(both North and South) through the Rehoboth area can be absolutely horrible with miles of traffic delays. At my customer’s requests, I have decided to rent the house Friday – Friday or Sunday to Sunday.

Rates

$1500 to $1950 per week from May 1 to October 31

$1250 for Sunday to Friday rentals.

Holiday weeks or weekends tend to be a little more.
